Strategic Technologies Analytics Group (STAG) is seeking a SIGINT Analyst to support United States Cyber Command. You will collaborate with analytical counterparts across the Intelligence and Operational Communities of Interest to analyze various forms of data in order to aid in the development of access and exploitation opportunities against targets of interest. Our ideal candidate will leverage their cyberspace experience to conduct SIGINT analysis, open / all source research, network vulnerability analysis, and critical factor analysis in support of cyberspace operations. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will deliver analytical products (orally, visually, and written formats) in accordance with established Department of Defense (DoD) policies, procedures and requirements.
In this role you will analyze highly complex and diverse mission areas requiring innovative solutions using various tools and databases. Additionally, you will conduct the following duties:Use SIGINT DNI/DNR methods, including digital network characterization, reconstruction and mappingUse SIGINT related platforms/databases including XKS, DX, DNI, and Pulse to gather, analyze, and discover insightsConduct vulnerability assessments, exploitation techniques, or forensic analysis when neededApply networking concepts, TCP/IP Ports and other networking fundamentalsConduct Operational research from various sources / metadata to identify, analyze, and characterize network (logically and physically), Telecommunications, and social networks to build a comprehensive intelligence picture.Analyze data to identify new access development opportunities for follow-on collection requirements.Identify gaps within intelligence to submit additional requirements to support collection operationsDeliver tailored oral, visual, and written analytical products to support our client’s cyberspace operational requirements.
TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph and be willing to pass an additional polygraph as required.Minimum 8 years of related experience.BA or BS degree in an IT-related Field or 4 years of technical experience in lieu of degree.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technology into layman terms.Self- motivated, creative, willing to work as a member of a team; who can organize and manage individual schedule.Understanding of radio frequencies (RF) and analysis tools related to RF
